PROCLEIX^® OPTIVA^™ Reagent Addition Station

Overview

The PROCLEIX OPTIVA Reagent Addition Station (RAS) automates the reagent dispensing steps for PROCLEIX^® Assays. This easy-to-use, bench-top instrument does the pipetting for you, dispensing reagents accurately and precisely.

 

The PROCLEIX OPTIVA RAS can be configured to dispense reagents for one of two options:

1. Pre-Amplification: Amp, oil and enzyme reagents used for transcription-mediated amplification
2. Post-Amplification: Probe and selection reagents used in the hybridization protection assay portion of the procedure

 

Your lab will want two or more Reagent Addition Stations, depending on your workflow and number of blood donations.
